Welcome to my religious rant page. I have found that I tend to have a lot to say on the subject of religion, especially Christianity. Christianity is what I grew up on and they are the only ones that knock on my door at 8am on Saturday or accost me at grocery stores and gas stations trying to "save" my soul. So, it may seem unfair that I seem to rant on them more than others but you've got to understand, it's what I know. Besides, when was the last time a Buddhist monk got in your face about accepting Siddhartha as your savior or else burn in an eternal lake of fire? Yeah, me neither...
What follows in here are my opinions and my conjecture. Many things I write in here are unusual, weird or incorrect. I retain the right to revise them as I learn and grow. I'll think of this as a journal I keep while wandering down the path. Later on I'm sure I'll look back on this and think "Did I really felt that way back then?" or more likely, "Man, what a fool I was".
You can try to correct my errors but in most cases I'm being blatantly obtuse in an effort to point out the most critical flaw (for me) found in many strains of Christianity; the claim of inerrancy and infallibility of a book that is presented to be full of actual real events, given in real time, and not open to any interpretation whatsoever. If it weren't for that major sticking point, I wouldn't have many issues at all.
Someone once told me, "That book is full of truths but it contains very few facts."
That being said, this is your last chance to get out before I drop 50 stories in your opinion of me...
